Notice of Public Hearing on Report on Rates and Collection on Tax Roll FY 2023-2023:

On June 21, 2023, at 7:00 PM, the Cupertino Sanitary District Board is scheduled to conduct a public hearing on Report on Sewer Service Rate and Charges, and Collection of Sewer Rates and Charges on Tax Roll. These charges are paid by residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial users of the sanitary sewer system. 

The hearing will take place at the District office located at 20863 Stevens Creek Blvd. Suite 100, Cupertino CA 95014 and via teleconference (Call-In Number: 1-866-899-4679 Access Code: 251566821).

Notice of New Sewer Service Charges for FY 2023-24:

At a public hearing held on May 17, 2023, the Cupertino Sanitary District Board approved Ordinance No. 131, An Ordinance of the Cupertino Sanitary District Amending Sections 7301, 7302 and 7303 of Chapter VII of the Cupertino Sanitary District Operations Code Relating to Sewer Service Charges. These charges are paid by residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial users of the sanitary sewer system.  At the hearing, staff proposed a residential rate increase not to exceed 5% for FY 2023-2024.  Non-residential customer rates will increase proportionately.

The new rates take effect on July 1, 2023.
